1. Acceptance of Terms

BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEBSITE, SUBMITTING A BOOKING REQUEST, OR STAYING AT THE PROPERTY, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THIS SITE OR SUBMIT A BOOKING.

2. Definitions

"Property"The Hidden Jewel vacation rental, located in Tucson, Arizona. "Site"The website at hiddenjeweltucson.com and all pages and features therein. "Guest"Any individual who accesses the Site, submits a booking request, or stays at the Property. "Booking"A reservation request submitted through the Site, subject to confirmation by the host. "Host"The owner and operator of The Hidden Jewel, managed by Precision Workz. "Terms"This Terms of Service agreement. "Guest Portal"The authenticated section of the Site allowing guests to manage their booking, send messages, and submit requests.

3. Eligibility

To submit a booking or use the Guest Portal, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
Provide accurate, truthful registration and contact information
Not have been previously banned from the Property or Site
Not be acting for the purpose of fraud, misrepresentation, or harm

4. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are requests only and are not confirmed until explicitly approved by the Host. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability or a reservation.

A confirmation email with your Booking ID and PIN will be sent upon receipt of your request
Your dates will be held only after the Host confirms your booking
Pricing displayed on the Site is subject to change and is not guaranteed until booking confirmation
The Host reserves the right to decline any booking request at their discretion
Guests must agree to all property rules communicated at or before check-in

5. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation and modification requests must be submitted through the Guest Portal using your Booking ID and PIN, or by contacting the Host directly at precizionworkz@gmail.com.

Cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation
The Host reserves the right to cancel a booking in cases of property emergency, Guest misconduct, or violation of these Terms
In the event of a Host-initiated cancellation, Guests will be notified promptly

6. Guest Conduct & Property Rules

By booking the Property, Guests agree to:

Treat the Property and its contents with care and respect
Not exceed the maximum number of guests stated in the booking
Comply with all check-in and check-out times
Abide by any noise, pet, smoking, and parking policies communicated by the Host
Not use the Property for any unlawful purpose or activity
Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly through the Guest Portal or by email

The Host reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if these conduct requirements are violated.

7. Website Security Monitoring

This Site employs security measures to protect its integrity and the safety of its users. By accessing the Site you consent to these measures being in place.

Connection data may be collected and analyzed to detect and prevent unauthorized or malicious activity
Connections that display unusual or automated behavior may be subject to additional verification steps
Access may be restricted for connections determined to pose a security concern
Security-related data is logged and retained for protective and operational purposes
Security activity is monitored and reviewed on an ongoing basis

If your access is restricted in error, you may submit a review request from the restricted access page using your reference ID. The Host will respond as promptly as possible.

8. Prohibited Uses of This Site

Automated scraping, crawling, or scanning of the Site without written permission
Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading booking information
Attempting to access restricted areas of the Site
Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security measure on the Site
Using the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Impersonating another person or entity
Probing or testing the security of the Site's systems without written authorization

Violations may result in permanent access restrictions and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Guest Portal

The Guest Portal is a secure authenticated section of the Site accessible using a Booking ID and PIN provided in your confirmation email. Through the Portal, Guests may:

View booking details and status
Submit cancellation or modification requests
Send messages to the Host
Request a late checkout
Leave a review after their stay

Your Booking ID and PIN are personal credentials. Do not share them. The Host is not responsible for unauthorized Portal access resulting from credential sharing.

10. Reviews

Reviews submitted through the Guest Portal are voluntary. By submitting a review you grant the Host a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site. Reviews must be truthful and based on your actual experience. The Host reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, defamatory, or in violation of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, design, code, and layout — is the property of The Hidden Jewel and Precision Workz. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the Site without prior written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE HOST MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Host and Precision Workz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the Property. In any event, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Guest for their booking.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Hidden Jewel, Precision Workz, and their representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your stay at the Property.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

16. Modifications to Terms

The Host reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pima County, Arizona.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Hidden Jewel with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
